Event Information
All individual daily admission, prepaid parking, and prepaid wristband purchased via TicketsWest will be automatically refunded the week of 6/22. Please allow 7 - 10 business days to see the funds in your account.
If you purchased a 2020 Super (Season) Pass, you can either roll your pass(es) over to 2021 with a no-price increase promise or receive a full refund.
Super Pass Purchased through TicketsWest:
Customers who purchased their Super Pass via TicketsWest online or charge-by-phone also have the option to either roll their pass(es) over to 2021 with a no-price increase promise or receive a refund.
If you choose to roll your pass(es) to 2021, nothing more is necessary. Your voucher(s) will be valid for 2021.
If you choose to receive a refund, please contact TicketsWest at 800.325.7328. Please note that refunds will not be provided after October 4, 2020.
Super Pass Purchased at the Box Office:
If you choose to roll your pass(es) to 2021, nothing more is necessary. Your voucher(s) will be valid for 2021.
If you choose to receive a refund, the original voucher must be returned in order to process a refund to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. The State Fair Park Box Office will arrange the return procedure accordingly via communication with the customer. Please note that refunds will not be provided after October 4, 2020.
