We're staffed with professionally trained personnel at all levels - from our regional to national support staff, we're ready to answer any question.  The TicketsWest support model is carefully crafted in a three tier model to best support your needs:

Tier 1 Support:  TicketsWest Client Partner

The TicketsWest regional team will be available for standard, daily support and guidance.

Tier 2 Support:  TicketsWest After Hours/On-Call Support

The TicketsWest On-Call team has access to the system at all times and can assist with all Tier 1 or Tier 2 issues.

Tier 3 Support:  National Application Support Team

This level offers any support for major issues that may arise.

All TicketsWest support is offered at no additional charge.  We are your partner in all of your ticketing, fundraising, and marketing needs.
